This is a handmade beauty using age old smocking technique. Each piece is handcrafted with a lot of mathematical markings- followed with some very tricky stitches that only an old hand knows & apparently the technique is fast dying cos of the nature of effort put.
The accent comes from the double Color embroidery both on the yoke & hemline. The red & yellow pop on the monochrome base makes a statement. This makes for a vintage classic.
Made in handwoven cotton checks.
